In 2008, a young man passed of a very rare form of cancer. He was always bright and in good spirits despite his grim, 6 months to live diagnosis. He passed away peacefully with family and friends by his side. His name was Dino.
I never met him but his positive attitude surely touched me. Erika Barnes is the owner of My Mimi Pie was his personal friend and wanted to do something special in his honor. Though I didn`t know the guy, I wanted to help in her quest to honor his memory.
