I love photography. That makes me a photographer just as much as loving food makes me a master chef. Not by much. :D I have been secretly exploring photography for about 12 years and it even earned me a spot on the Museum of Computer Art. I proudly owned a Holga, an Agfa Isola that had been customized to range closer to the subject, a Lubitel 166 U as well as various digital cameras. I was quite decent with all of them.

At one point I had a Fujifil Digital camera I had rigged to create macro-photography. I loved it. But drawing has always been more interesting to me. After receiving a Nikon D5200 as a gift from Mr. Perfect, my husband, I decided to give it a go and have fun with it. Plus the fortune cookie below told me to as well.+

I took apart my Argus Lumar and placed its worn out lenses in front of my fancy-pantsy camera to make different effects. Below are the results.

I sacrificed the Argus for the pics but I think they are well worth it. The picture above is super big and you can see more of the detail there. If you want to follow how I do this on Flickr, here is a link to the set http://www.flickr.com/photos/elainebiss/sets/72157636627978515/.
