Pinksicles for a Cause

In 2008, a young man passed of a very rare form of cancer. He was always bright and in good spirits despite his grim, 6 months to live diagnosis. He passed away peacefully with family and friends by his side. His name was Dino. I never met him but his positive attitude surely touched me. South Tropic Hula

She is by far my favorite! South Tropic is part of my color theory final and this color combination is actually one of my faves. Sweet, tropical and cool, this beach kitten is ready for a Luau! Are you a Pinksicle girl?

After collecting old cards from the 50s, I found cool little images that inspired my little kittens. Pinksicles was born in 2007, but never really had time to develop them. So they became a back burner project I would resurrect when I had the chance. She was the first version. This one still has a lot of the features of my first composite. She is sweet, but her eye lashes are a bit crazy. She certainly has come a long way! Find some Pinksicles goodies here!
