30W30 I am sure you knew

But in case you didn`t, the sign above tells the truth. This one is a mix of ink and watercolor. Though I used lines to show shadows, I purposely colored darker the side that would not have a shadow. It`s a little rough and shaky. I think that look is more retro. Sometimes drawing in the computer will straighten out the lines and changes the feel considerably. Hope you do too!

Pen Freak

What makes me a pen freak? The fact that I know the difference between a calligraphy pen and a fountain pen. The fact that I know what the difference is between a roller ball and ball point pen. Joined Ladies of Letterpress

When I was a child, I visited a local museum in Lancaster that had a great letterpress history exhibit, or so I remember. I also remember it being TERRIBLY boring. I would have preferred to watch cupcakes cooling on a window sill. I went back a year when I was getting back into letterpressing and it was SOOOO awesome.
